The pinnacle of 20 years of work for the Jackson Family's first property outside of California. This is the first vintage to be 100% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of ripe plums,cherries, sweet mint, sage and thyme. The palate shows hints of American Style winemaking with slightly sofeter tannins and a bit more focus on fruit. The finish shows off the Italian terroir with notes of licorice and cedar.
