A pure Chardonnay nose with a bit of vanilla bean. On the palate, very creamy like ice cream, quite pungent and round at the same time. Shows nice mineral and floral elements, some sweet and sour and some grapefruit flavors. A very lively finish – excellent for a Bourgogne Blanc.
